Summary How to Use
Here is a summary of our How to Use page: https://www.mollenol.com/how-to-use/
Step-by-Step Usage
• For first-time use, wait 30 minutes after washing, then test a thin smear on one bump and wait 1 minute before further application to check for adverse reaction.
• For ongoing application, always wait 30 minutes post-wash; apply a thin smear to each bump individually, avoiding open, burst, or scratched lesions and eczema areas.
• Shake the bottle before use, don’t remove the flow restrictor, and use fingertips or cotton buds for precise application to the bump’s head.
• Larger pus-filled bumps should be covered after lotion absorption with a Mollenol Patch or waterproof bandaid. Wait until the lotion is absorbed before applying.
• Bumps not covered receive another round of lotion application 12 hours later. If bumps are stubborn apply more frequently.
• Remove coverings gently each night after washing and repeat the process, aiming to soften bump heads and prompt some redness/inflammation.
Only pus filled bumps should be covered with a Mollenol Patch or waterproof bandaid. See what pus filled bumps look like.
