My 2 year old Grandson has Molluscum Contagiosum for 7 months. Our Dr said wait it out, it will go away. The lumps we getting painful and spreading way too fast. I found this product and purchased two bottles. It was amazing to see results in 3 days. It has been two weeks now and they are almost gone. Thank you so much for the product.

Despite consist hygiene and appropriate application...

There has been little to no change in appearance or size of the molluscum. the range is size from 1mm-2mm and there are 5. If anything there has been a ever so slight increase in size and area infecting under the hair follicles in surrounding areas. Despite following the instructions down to the wire. I will keep using it but after the product runs out I will not re-purchase. Response: Our support team will contact you directly to offer help. We would hope to see some signs though within 7 days. The first sign is slight inflammation (redness) of and around the molluscum bump. Softening of the head of the larger bumps is also a sign of progress in the first week. You can see this softening by the bumps looking whiter or larger.

    Reaction to Mollenol

Unfortunately we never got experience whether this worked as it my 2 year old come out in a rash a couple of days of using Mollenol Sensitive. Turns out it wasn't agreeing her skin so we discontinued use. Response: Thank you for emailing the photo. What you are seeing is n inflammatory response to Mollenol. Is exactly the response we would like to see. This is sometimes mistaken for hives or a rash. Some parents call this the “end rash”. It is also known as the BOTE, “beginning of the end”, response. An inflammatory rash can also occur in areas around the molluscum as well as the molluscum themselves. This is because the molluscum virus has infected a larger area than can be seen easily. A sign of this is that the rash shows up many little bumps (which look like hives) which are very small beginning stage molluscum. Examining the photo using the zoom magnify you can clearly make at a large number of very small molluscum bumps, pearly white within the red. Over the next few days many of the molluscum with dry out. Apply Mollenol Sensitive only to molluscum which are not inflamed and hopefully these will also resolve.

    Used for Molluscum and Folliculitis

My child only had a couple of molluscum. We got on to them quickly. Only used 1/4 of a bottle of Mollenol so we started to use it for my folliculitis. I read about how molluscum infected the hair follicle with its virus and thought that it was similar to folliculitis. Mollenol works well on folliculitis too. Doubly happy!

    No obvious difference

I purchased product to use on my 6 year old. I found it made no real difference to his molluscum, i applied as directed and diligently followed guidelines as advised on royal childrens website and from gp. The product is strong in odour and my son stated it did sting quite a bit when applied. Response: Mollenol standard should not be used on a 6 year old. Use Mollenol Sensitive for children 2-7 years. Our support team will contact you directly to offer help.

    Didn't work for us

My daughter has had molluscom for 12mths now, she is very self conscious of them on her torso & we were hopeful we would get a result fro this but unfortunately there has been no change at all. I know each person is different & results vary from person to person but this just didn't work for us Response: Please contact our support team by emailing a photo to help@jevalabs.com

    Absolutely wonderful!

My little boy who's 6 had terrible spots. They were very itchy and sore and spreading! They had started to keep him awake at night crying, so at midnight one night I googled and luckily found Mollenol. The doctor had said nothing would clear the spots but 3 weeks later he has only one left that is clearing nicely. The rest are all healed. I felt quite helpless as a Mum that I couldn't help but once we started this treatment and saw the results I was so relieved!

    Semi-satisfied

This product has worked on baby 2 year old with 2-4 molluscum "dots" but unfortunately on miss 4-year old (with LOTS) even with twice-daily application it has not worked at all on any of hers. So I guess it works for some. Response: While some people see results quickly, for others it may take longer. The average time with continuous use is around 3 weeks. We would hope to see some signs though within 7 days. The first sign is slight inflammation (redness) of and around the molluscum bump. Softening of the head of the larger bumps is also a sign of progress in the first week. You can see this softening by the bumps looking whiter or larger.
