Mollenol full strength lotion is for older children and adults but not their faces and private parts.

Essential Serum Spot Treatment is a lotion and is for younger children especially those under 2 years and for hyper-sensitive areas for all ages. Essential Serum is also good for ongoing maintenance of bumps as it has an easy to use roller-ball applicator.

Mollenol Patches are hydrocolloid patches and are for larger pus filled bumps. Mollenol Patches can be used anywhere on the body including the face though they do not stick well to hairy areas or to creased areas like elbows or behind the knees. Mollenol Patches are a subsidiary treatment to Mollenol lotions and serums. Mollenol lotions should be your first choice. Good waterproof bandaids can be used instead of Mollenol Patches on large pus filled bumps. Cheap third party pimple patches can cause adverse reactions when used on molluscum and with Mollenol lotions.

Mollenol Patches and Mollenol lotions can be used together. Most people use Mollenol in that way.
